Terms of Service

By accessing or using Funnel Loops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Funnel Loops is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform that provides done-for-you marketing funnels, a funnel builder, and associated conversion tools. We provide the platform infrastructure; users are solely responsible for their own funnel content, products, pricing, and marketing practices.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Funnel Loops.
• Funnel Loops reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Email signups receive a 24-hour free trial with full access to the funnel builder and all done-for-you funnels.
• Google and Facebook signups receive a 48-hour free trial.
• Trial users may edit and preview funnels but may not publish funnels publicly without upgrading to a paid plan.
• No payment method is required to start a trial.

• The base plan is $9.99/month. Additional upgrades are available as described on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
• Refunds are handled at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.
• Funnel Loops does not take any percentage of revenue you generate through your funnels.

• You retain ownership of all content you create on Funnel Loops.
• By using Funnel Loops, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.
• You are solely responsible for your funnel content, including all claims, offers, and marketing materials. Funnel Loops is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of user-generated content.
• You must not use Funnel Loops to promote illegal products or services, engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive marketing practices.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload malicious content, code, or files.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including the admin panel.
• Use Funnel Loops for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.

Unauthorized attempts to access the admin panel are logged, including IP address and approximate location.

• Users who purchase the Funnel Replication upgrade ($27/month) may resell $9.99/month Funnel Loops packages to their own customers.
• Replication members keep 100% of $9.99 package sales and earn 50% of upgrade revenue from their customers.
• Replication members are responsible for their own sales, marketing practices, and customer relationships.
• Funnel Loops reserves the right to terminate replication privileges for violations of these Terms.

Funnel Loops integrates with Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App to enable users to collect payments from their funnel visitors. These are independent third-party services with their own terms and policies. Funnel Loops is not liable for any issues arising from third-party payment processing. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of their chosen payment processors.

Funnel Loops and all platform content, including funnel templates, design assets, copy, and software, are owned by Funnel Loops and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit platform content outside of normal authorized use.

Funnel Loops is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Funnel Loops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Funnel Loops and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your funnel content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Funnel Loops at any time for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason at our discretion with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Funnel Loops shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Funnel Loops after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
